Are We Saved or Traumatized by American Christianity? — KAITLIN B. CURTICE

A blog post from Kaitlin Curtice, a multiracial Christian writer/poet who is a citizen of the Potawatomi Nation. I discovered her recently due to an appearance she made at my alma mater, and the controversy she seemed to spark amongst the more conservative, religiously fundamental end of the current student body. In this blog post, she touches on personal testimonies and de-colonizing the evangelical mold of Christianity that many Christians have been taught. As someone who’s navigating the terrain of post-evangelicalism, I related to a lot of what she said, so I thought I’d share.
